|Recommended: YesConvent Gardens apartments are great, i loved my stay there. The management goes above and beyond to help. I would stay if I did not have to go back home. — The flats are great, i never hear my neighbors, the management always try to do their best if you need anything. It is an old building and the features are a bit old but the environment and the people are great and the fact that the maintenance staff is always available to help is definitely a plus. I would not go somewhere else. Moreover, they have a great garden to barbecue and for doggies.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience Over Six Years — I loved the building. The sound is excellent I lived on the first floor and rarely ever heard the neighbors above me and could barely hear the neighbors on my floor. The location is excellent for walking to serve needs and wants groceries, hospitals, restaurants, social outlets, green space . The managerial and maintenance staff were friendly and generally attentive and responsive. I only moved because I relocated.

|Recommended: YesAlready happy with my choice to live here — I just moved to Convent Gardens, and so far I have no regrets Originally drawn to the building because of the gated dog park, I am more than impressed with the quality of the apartments and friendliness of the staff shout out to Nick for being super helpful . I expect to have a great experience for the foreseeable future living here.

|Recommended: YesGood Starter Apartment — First moving to St. Louis, i just wanted to live in a decent apartment for a decent price. Convent Gardens is a nice apartment for a relatively decent price, considering apartment costs in Central West End. I would recommend living here, Nick the landlord is very accommodating and maintenance is usually on the ball when it comes to fixing problems in the apartment. Overall, my experience living here has been very good.

|Recommended: YesI moved across the country to the central west end. I ended up going to almost all of the apartments down and around euclid. While some were new, fancy or conveniently located I found convent gardens to be the gem. You are separated from the euclid traffic and noise by a 5 minute beautiful walk through the pershing mansions. The building is very dog friendly and is the only complex in the area with a dedicated dog park - perfect for cold days. The area itself is extremely safe and I have walked late night many times with the dogs.
The apartments themselves are damn near bulletproof. No noise whatsoever thanks to the 2 ft concrete on the walls, floor and ceiling. It looks like an old building but the interior has been completely remodeled. Nick was by far the warmest and most helpful building manager. And Antonio has been fantastic in maintenance. The few requests I have had were solved within the same day. Will be staying until they kick me out
|Recommended: YesGood experience at Convent Gardens — I enjoyed living at Convent Gardens, as the manager Nick and Antonio at the front desk were very helpful and kind when I was moving in. The free coffee in the lobby area was definitely a plus for late night study sessions The apartment I was renting was well kept and insulated, especially during the winter months. The staff was professional when dealing with maintenance issues when they occurred. Thank you
|Recommended: NoJust ok — Location is fantastic and the property manager nick is excellent. However building is old, stains on walls and cracks in ceilings etc. Hot water has gone out several times. When the rental office is closed good luck getting a hold of emergency maintenance or the corporate answering service who are never helpful. Prices are decent for some units but the amenities aren’t great.
